Bontenbal left the field after 32 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was D. Tsachalis. A foul after 34 minutes resulted in a free kick. L. Sopronyi cannonballed it, giving the home team the lead 1 - 0. It was 1 - 0 at the break. Shrimps enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

FALKÖPIG tied it all up, 81 minutes in, after a spectacular goal by K. Rønde, who miraculously broke through the home side's central defence, making it 1 - 1. Neither team were able to dominate possession this half.

L. Sopronyi performed admirably for Shrimps. On the other hand, R. Gaalman's play was disheartening. The most dominating FALKÖPIG player was without a doubt K. Schörg. However, R. Dahldahl made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 1.
