Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Koolraap, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. B. van Pruissen could have increased the lead after 49 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. An equalising goal seemed certain after 82 minutes when M. Zurel attacked down the left wing, but C. Beckers just managed to make a save to keep the ball out of the net. After 83 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and M. Sané gave the Koolraap supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0. Koolraap claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 56 percent.

The most dominating Koolraap player was without a doubt T. Badale. C. Beckers turned in a dismal performance, however. V. Kiradzhiev performed admirably for Limburg. On the other hand, M. Zurel's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 0.
