Due to an all-day shower, 6128 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at Danielsquad Arena. Gauke Pieter Aandenboom was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Julio Bensasson and Kaspar Springe. Danielsquad had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. Vieri took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 42 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for Invinsible. The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but T. Wevers showed great heart and had a good game. N. Wery received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 44 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 4. The Invinsible fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, H. Ostermann got himself booked. The manager of Invinsible was not happy. P. Vieri of Invinsible took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 44 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 5. The players of Invinsible now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Danielsquad's T. Wevers was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 44 minutes. Halftime score was 0 - 5. Invinsible enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 76 percent of possession.

Given a free kick close to the byline, Invinsible tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let S. Billard slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 6, 49 minutes into the game. N. Wery's lack of experience almost gave Danielsquad a goal after 65 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. With 72 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed K. Dimitrievski of Invinsible to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 7. Danielsquad's S. Schenk was shown a yellow card after 74 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Some fine movement on the left led to a Invinsible goal after 77 minutes, making it 0 - 8. I. Serrano was noted down as the scorer. S. Billard increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 9. By then S. Billard had scored three goals - a hat trick! After 85 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for D. Saenredam who increased Invinsible's lead to 0 - 10. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Invinsible, with 80 percent of the ball.

Danielsquad's best player was H. Talen. On the other hand, S. Schenk's play was disheartening. Invinsible's top performer was clearly N. Wery. K. Dimitrievski turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 10.
