Bennes bagged the ball for Bargeres, levelling the score to 1 - 1. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, W. Telesca got himself booked. The manager of boys85 was not happy. Bargeres fans held their breath as G. Elsdijk scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 2 - 1! boys85 tied it all up, 33 minutes in, after a spectacular goal by F. Luberti, who miraculously broke through the home side's central defence, making it 2 - 2. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2. Bargeres enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.

With 49 minutes played A. Zilverberg almost put the home team one ahead on a cross coming in from the right, but the shot went just wide. Bargeres took the lead after 50 minutes as a result of J. Huiskes's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 3 - 2. Bargeres's K. Bennes was dominating his wing and kept sending fine balls into the opposition's box - G. Elsdijk managed to volley one of them into the net to make it 4 - 2 after 57 minutes. Bargeres managed to extend their lead to 5 - 2 when G. Barabasch cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. By now, the players in Bargeres felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Bargeres had most of the ball, with 62 percent of possession.

Bargeres's best player was J. Huiskes. C. Brood turned in a dismal performance, however. F. Luberti performed admirably for boys85. On the other hand, O. Neyyir's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 2.
