Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and de galaxy saw a crowd turnout of 12010. F.C. took a creative approach on the field. With 14 minutes played, Ó. Beamud of F.C. fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. Given a free kick close to the byline, Mak tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let A. Azeitona slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 1, 16 minutes into the game. Mak came close to extending their lead as E. Kontopanos delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 18 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting. The home crowd cheered when, after 27 minutes, E. Kontopanos's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 1. Mak had most of the ball, with 73 percent of possession.

Mak's M. Welten made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 63 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. Mak had a magnificent opportunity after 80 minutes as A. Azeitona hit the ball hard from the edge of the penalty box. However, the shot went wide. After 87 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed A. Areias to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 2. Mak claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 75 percent.

Most important F.C. player was A. Çambel. J. van Elp was a disappointment, however. Mak's top performer was clearly S. Jaworowski. A. Azeitona on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 2.
