His usual rapid runs were nowhere to be seen today. A scuffle developed as players from both sides clashed following a tussle in the centre of the field 18 minutes into the match. After regaining order and consulting his linesman, the referee called Irresponsables's G. Di meo to one side and produced a red card for the player. A. Monnaie's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Chocolatero, he bravely continued in the match. Chocolatero's S. Tuzzato gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead after 22 minutes with a superb strike from the right. With 24 minutes played, W. Trombetti nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. M. Vannuccini was called on to replace Irresponsables's A. Vanni after 25 minutes following a nasty collision. L. Damia was the new captain of Irresponsables - handed the armband by the departing player. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 1. Chocolatero claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 65 percent.

With 62 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed B. Cartoccio of Chocolatero to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 2. S. Kruit could have put his team up another goal 64 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. With 70 minutes played, Chocolatero put themselves up 0 - 3 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was G. Deforche. Confident in their lead, Chocolatero's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. M. Vannuccini challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 83 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it. Chocolatero had most of the ball, with 65 percent of possession.

The most dominating Irresponsables player was without a doubt A. Riveros. A. Baigorria was a disappointment, however. S. Kruit performed admirably for Chocolatero. On the other hand, S. Tuzzato's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 3.
