Clouds darkened the skies at Fortaleza Demoniaca as 27173 spectators turned up for the match. Matei Bertea was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Orhan Tokaç and Patoruzú Clare. Oriana found an opening in the visitors' left side defence, but his shot was handled easily by the keeper. A foul 32 minutes into the game resulted in a free kick for Caos. A. Basso took advantage as he curled the equalising goal into the top corner, just out of the reach of the keeper. 1 - 1. Tanque will have to do without C. Dos Santos for a time, due to a bad foot injury at the 37 minute mark. He was substituted by D. Uría. After 38 minutes, Tanque's D. Lăzărescu made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 1 - 2. M. Muñiz was just a finger's breadth away from an equaliser for Caos with a strike from the left, but L. Pronold managed to ward the shot off for a corner. 40 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 1 - 3 as S. Neves finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. 1 - 3 was the score after the first half. Caos had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.

Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Caos, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. Caos refused to be intimidated and, breaking through the middle, M. Fenoglio managed to slip the ball home for 2 - 3. After 80 minutes D. Lăzărescu made a speedy advance and dropped the ball to S. Neves who shuffled it past the keeper. The score was now 2 - 4. This third goal completed a hattrick for S. Neves. 81 minutes in, Tanque's I. Velázquez received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Tanque, with 51 percent of the ball.

The most dominating Caos player was without a doubt D. Varela. D. Häring on the other hand, had a terrible day. S. Neves performed admirably for Tanque. However, D. Uría made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 4.
