Fayas unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Atra-K-laos's M. Fayas increasing the lead to 3 - 1. Some things can only be learned through experience, and J. Silvonen should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting Atra-K-laos a goal with 42 minutes of the match played. Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their M. Guardia reduced the lead to make it 3 - 2 after 44 minutes, following a pass from the right. Cheers filled the stadium as F. Hunsche broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 4 - 2 to Atra-K-laos. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Atra-K-laos lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 44 minutes into the game, L. Hunsche saw his volley fly wide of the mark 78 minutes into the game. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave R. van Dulmen from Atra-K-laos a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 80 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Coming from the right, G. Kiefer almost managed to score another goal for Atra-K-laos, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. The referee showed Troncos's C. Kuschevatzky the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. C. Heinze could have put Atra-K-laos up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 84 minutes.
