The guests almost went up by a goal after 24 minutes when A. Cal came through and shot from the right. The ball bounced harmlessly off the post, though. 26 minutes into the game, L. Van Lokeren was a hair's breadth away from giving rompecielos the lead with a shot from over on the left. A prompt block by S. Caruma saved the home team that time. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to S. Hadad, but the F-LH player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave P. Sartor from rompecielos a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 37 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! It was 1 - 0 at the break. rompecielos enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.

The heat made it a terrible day for A. Bonino, who seemed unable to keep up with the other players. The visitors refused to give in and, after 59 minutes, M. Stichel evened things up as he finished off a perfect pass from the right. 1 - 1 The referee showed F-LH's J. Rodríguez the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The fierce heat made it important to save breath, and after a few swift runs J. Rodríguez found it hard to get back into position. After 75 minutes, the F-LH coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving I. Pirán off the field. K. Čavrag took his place. Making his way up the middle 84 minutes into the match, X. Guhra almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert J. Estrada blocked it to keep the score level. rompecielos's A. Cal could have put the guests one up after 85 minutes after chasing a through ball from the right, but S. Caruma was as fast as a snake, grabbing the ball from under his nose. A mistake by the home side's central defence after 88 minutes allowed F. Kott to score for rompecielos. The scoreboard now read 1 - 2. With 88 minutes having been played, F-LH scored to make it 2 - 2. A dribble down the left wing, followed by a shot which took a wicked bounce off a defender resulted in the keeper having no chance. Everyone thought it'd been an own goal, but K. Čavrag was marked down as the scorer. Y. Ajello was called on to replace rompecielos's V. Drenik after 89 minutes following a nasty collision. Possession in this half belonged to rompecielos, who controlled the ball 59 percent of the time.

The most dominating F-LH player was without a doubt K. Čavrag. J. Rodríguez turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important rompecielos player was E. Sarsfield. On the other hand, Y. Ajello's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 2.
