Clear skies welcomed the 16540 spectators who had made their way to ESTADIO JUMONG. Bjoern Biedenweg was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Nir Gamliel and Donato Gaumann. Habilita tactics involved an interesting 4-5-1 combination. Lineup: Csuka - Pin, Steenhaut, Rojas Aguado, Simić - Byrtek, Abyberg, Spadafora, Terán, Ungr - Öztün.

It was an obvious ambition of JUMONG to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. Habilita were relying on their ability to counter-attack. Players in JUMONG heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead. JUMONG had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. After 29 minutes, Habilita put themselves up 0 - 1, as M. Pin finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. After 34 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Habilita found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to weak. With 37 minutes played, JUMONG's R. Berzewitz found an opening in the visitors' left side defence, but his shot was handled easily by the keeper. A counterattack by Habilita after 38 minutes could have resulted in a goal, but I. Öztün, coming in on the left, couldn't get the shot off. JUMONG's A. Davila was shown a yellow card after 39 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Due to a severely mistimed tackle, D. Simić of Habilita spent some time on the grass writhing in agony before he could get up and continue the game. It was obvious that JUMONG had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. 41 minutes in, and JUMONG were able to score the equalising goal to make it 1 - 1 when R. Berzewitz picked up a pass coming in from the right and chipped it past the away team's keeper. 1 - 1 was the score after the first half. JUMONG had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Habilita had passable organisation. With 73 minutes played, N. Abyberg of Habilita fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. J. Flapper of JUMONG was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. JUMONG claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

W. Darms performed admirably for JUMONG. F. Murdoch was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Habilita player was without a doubt J. Terán. On the other hand, D. Simić's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 1.
