Segovia looked to be heading one way when he unexpectedly passed the ball to A. Lyudyno. The move caught everyone off-guard, including his teammate, who panicked and kicked the ball out of play by accident. 37 minutes in, an amazing pass from the left side resulted in a goal for the visitors, as H. Sánchez anticipated the through ball and scored, reducing the deficit to 3 - 1. It was 3 - 1 at the break. Independiente had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

Things were deteriorating for the away team as Independiente scored another to make it 4 - 1 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for J. Carlton after 49 minutes. T. Ölmez could have increased the lead after 50 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Jah_Strength fought on and, after 55 minutes, A. Connah was able to reduce the deficit to 4 - 2 after some excellent moves on the right side were finished off with an incredibly clever chip. Cheers filled the stadium as T. Ölmez broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 2 to Independiente. Independiente claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

Independiente's top performer was clearly B. Cottin. However, J. Carlton made a disastrous appearance. Most important Jah_Strength player was A. Lyudyno. T. Segovia was a disappointment, however. The match ends 5 - 2.
