The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave P. Godoy from Chuecos a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 25 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Unfortunately for soulforged, G. Pineda was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. P. Ditscharf replaced him. Coming from the right, J. Covarrubias almost managed to score another goal for soulforged, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. After 32 minutes, Y. Fernández sent the corner kick right to T. Burns who headed it sharply past the keeper. 2 - 1! 36 minutes into the game, soulforged were awarded a penalty that B. Östergård turned into 3 - 1 without a problem. 3 - 1 was the halftime score. Most important soulforged player was J. Covarrubias. L. Pereira on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Chuecos player was without a doubt D. Gutiérrez. On the other hand, S. Topór's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 1.
