With 30 minutes played, the Dino-Funk coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. S. Bellwald came on, É. Roussel had to leave the fray. T. Pookong could have put Máquina up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 31 minutes. Halftime score was 2 - 1. Máquina claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

With 51 minutes played, L. Rasmussen could have brought this one home for Máquina as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. Máquina's L. Rasmussen swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Dino-Funk's right side looked dangerous 62 minutes in, but B. Liker made a good save on S. Bellwald's hard shot to the top corner. Máquina put in a good effort on the right, but L. Molinier saw his volley fly wide of the mark 65 minutes into the game. After 68 minutes, G. Danov put Máquina ahead 3 - 1 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, S. Perkel got himself booked. The manager of Dino-Funk was not happy. Máquina had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.

Most important Máquina player was T. Pookong. However, B. Liker made a disastrous appearance. I. Cordoba performed admirably for Dino-Funk. P. Reverón was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 1.
