Ceron was booed thoroughly by the home crowd 8 minutes into the game, after he broke through the middle and scored, resulting in the visitors taking the lead. 0 - 1 was the score. The home crowd was not impressed when D. Ulloa came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 9 minutes. Sicarios were now up 0 - 2. P. Valenzuela was, after 22 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper M. Annerl made the save. 23 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 3 as C. Valderas finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. The home crowd cheered when, after 34 minutes, D. Ulloa's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. 35 minutes into the game, G. Lukáts had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came T. Rutanen. 0 - 3 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Sicarios, who controlled the ball 79 percent of the time.

The visitors' P. Valenzuela took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 52 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Sicarios. The referee showed Borrachitos's E. Lastarria the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. With the scoreboard showing that 68 minutes had been played, Sicarios nearly put themselves up another goal after L. Bordalo came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. With the clock showing 69 minutes played, a great pass from the defensive line of Borrachitos resulted in a counterattack that was smoothly brought under control by A. Tapia in the centre of the opposition's penalty area, but his finish went high. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, J. Maschke got himself booked. The manager of Sicarios was not happy. O. Gapp received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 79 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by D. Ulloa. At last, Sicarios's C. Valderas was able to backheel the ball in. 0 - 5. After 85 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by Sicarios was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options. After the ball was lifted in from the left, M. Méndez was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 87 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. When D. Portal left the game because of a back injury after 87 minutes, Borrachitos had to continue a man short due to there being no available replacements. Sicarios came close to extending their lead as D. Ulloa delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 87 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting. Sicarios claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 82 percent.

Borrachitos's top performer was clearly T. Simes. However, M. Annerl made a disastrous appearance. Sicarios's best player was J. Petzke. M. Méndez was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 5.
