Coming through the middle A. Monti Carlo almost scored the equaliser for BlacKnights after 48 minutes, but P. Börjesson made an excellent save, tipping the awkwardly curled shot past the post. BlacKnights had to make a substitution after 67 minutes. R. Aulie limped off the field and was replaced by M. Edbo. Coming from the right, E. Chekichev almost managed to score another goal for join_crew, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. E. Tique sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from A. Runceanu after 82 minutes of play, making the score 1 - 1. The most controversial moment of the game was likely the penalty given after 83 minutes. BlacKnights's A. Runceanu kept his concentration, despite the upset crowd, and calmly put the ball past the keeper to make the score 1 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to BlacKnights, who controlled the ball 64 percent of the time.

E. Chekichev performed admirably for join_crew. I. Grebe turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating BlacKnights player was without a doubt D. Bozhinov. On the other hand, L. MacKenzie's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 2.
