Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 32000 at Ballbreaker today. Vinício Barreirinha was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Leopold Langer and Otto Duarte. Botellon tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Botellon broke through on the left 8 minutes into the game, with A. Taboada Soto firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead. Botellon managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when K. Pawleta cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. By now, the players in Botellon felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. After 24 minutes Reylolo's R. Pawleta increased the lead for Botellon to 3 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! The home side's M. Guardia came close to extending the lead 37 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but N. Figueroa managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. Halftime score was 3 - 0. Botellon enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.

A great save by keeper N. Figueroa after 47 minutes kept the visitors in the game after K. Pawleta struck from the left with a real cannonball. Botellon's J. Guillermo had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 53 minutes having been played. G. Blagoev was the replacement. Botellon's M. Guardia had an excellent opportunity after 54 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! Reylolo were desperate to get a goal back and pushed forward through the middle 55 minutes into the game. After a scramble in the box, the ball dropped to S. Radojković, who smashed it home to make the score 3 - 1. The visitors' right side was dangerous today; R. Amendola made the home team's keeper look foolish as he easily reduced the lead to make it 3 - 2 56 minutes into the match. The visiting team's R. Amendola was able to score the 3 - 3 equaliser with a header 64 minutes into the match, after some good work on the right.
