Drullis from MALAYITAS a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 17 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A loud groan was heard from the fans of Sporting, as L. Urquiza left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. D. Morales took his place on the field. G. Drullis's early cross saw the defenders caught out of position and the alert A. Anselmo was able to pounce and roll the ball past the hapless goalkeeper to score for MALAYITAS. 1 - 1. 1 - 1 was the score after the first half. Sporting claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 56 percent.

MALAYITAS were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. With 56 minutes played, the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending. S. Bruhns put the ball away for 1 - 2. E. Portera left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 70 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. G. Núñez was the replacement. S. Tillaeus of MALAYITAS received a yellow card after 70 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. The coach of MALAYITAS was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 75 minutes, L. Bonvicino came on for L. Martis. After 76 minutes of play, V. Mallea evened things up for Sporting with an impressive goal coming up the middle. 2 - 2. 78 minutes into the game, MALAYITAS wanted to bring some new energy to their game. A. Anselmo gave A. Rinaudo a quick hug as he left the field. With 80 minutes played, P. Pujadas of Sporting fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. With 82 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of MALAYITAS resulted in a counterattack that set G. Núñez free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to A. Peñafuerte, but the Sporting player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 3 - 2! Sporting had most of the ball, with 59 percent of possession.

Sporting's top performer was clearly S. Villena. D. Morales turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating MALAYITAS player was without a doubt A. Rinaudo. D. Chernov on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 3 - 2.
