51867 punters turned up at OsCraudio® Stadium, and despite threatening clouds on the horizon, no rain came. Pekka Holm was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stefano Schaska and Ilkka Pentti. OsCraudio® decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. F.C. started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. They fielded: De Girolamo - Coenraads, Svensson, Cabaspre - Bocchini, Bakovic, Dupiré, Baldemair, Franchi - Sandu, Grigoriu.

F.C. took the lead after 5 minutes making the score 0 - 1. D. Dupiré placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. T. Sandu of F.C. took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 9 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 2. The corner kick from C. Grigoriu was powerfully met by the head of T. Sandu to make the score 0 - 3. F.C. increased their lead after 32 minutes when M. Bocchini broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. At this point, it was obvious that the players of F.C. lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. With 34 minutes played, C. Grigoriu nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. 39 minutes in, F.C.'s C. Grigoriu received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. In a fantastic display of determination, OsCraudio®'s I. Braddish forced himself to his feet, after an opponent viciously knocked him down. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 4. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by F.C., with 58 percent of the ball.

48 minutes had been played and the home team was awarded a penalty. The guests' keeper dived the right way, but C. Miúdo was still able to reduce the score to 1 - 4. The home crowd was not impressed when C. Grigoriu came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 50 minutes. F.C. were now up 1 - 5. P. Björklund was called on to replace OsCraudio®'s M. Thyén after 68 minutes following a nasty collision. After a short break after 80 minutes, F.C. seemed to change their tactical approach a bit. OsCraudio® didn't give in and with 80 minutes played O. Üçok was able to make the score 2 - 5 after an attack on the right. F.C. enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 59 percent of possession.

Most important OsCraudio® player was O. Üçok. J. Angeli on the other hand, had a terrible day. F.C.'s top performer was clearly C. Grigoriu. However, Y. Coenraads made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 5.
