The home crowd cheered when, after 75 minutes, L. Manteiga's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. RioGrande enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

The most dominating Sociedade player was without a doubt P. Gatzoulas. However, I. Szűcs made a disastrous appearance. Most important RioGrande player was T. Schlachter. L. Manteiga turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 1.
