Deportivo increased the lead as
B. Nadzon struck to make the score 3 - 1 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper.
Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their
B. Kovács reduced the lead to make it 3 - 2 after 31 minutes, following a pass from the right.

The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
K. Lund Pedersen from Cabezas a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 72 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!

K. Lund Pedersen made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 3 - 4.

The home team's supporters got excited again when
A. Vildoso broke through the visitors' central defence and caught their keeper off guard, making it 4 - 5.
