Dark skies made the crowd of 29302 at Los Cerrillos a little nervous, but the rain held off. Stefano Ascone was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Emil-Sven Qualmann and Borre Galli. Santoriello firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead. With 39 minutes played, O. Berbec of Orestitos fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 1 - 0 was the score after the first half. Zeraus had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

After 48 minutes, Orestitos raised their score by one when R. Rouvoet's dangerous low cross was cleverly tucked in at the near post by N. Chevallier. 2 - 0. E. Abrusci could have increased the lead after 53 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Zeraus's S. Iliano was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 55 minutes. O. Jérôme was given a chance to change things around. The score became 3 - 0 at 58 minutes into the game, when Orestitos were given a penalty which S. Kosk blasted straight down the middle giving the keeper no chance! Confident in their lead, Orestitos's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. S. Santoriello left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 70 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. T. Altenburg was the replacement. The Orestitos players could smell victory in the air. J. Cueva wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for H. Gómez after 70 minutes. As the captain was no longer on the pitch, N. Chevallier took over the role of being the Orestitos captain. The coach of Orestitos was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 70 minutes, F. Mprizolakis came on for N. Chevallier. The Orestitos captaincy was handed to F. Mprizolakis. After 77 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and R. Košmrl gave the Orestitos supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 4 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to Zeraus, who controlled the ball 55 percent of the time.

The most dominating Orestitos player was without a doubt F. Mprizolakis. H. Gómez turned in a dismal performance, however. Zeraus's best player was S. Solari. However, L. Yates made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 0.
