Dark skies made the crowd of 40426 at Silence Park a little nervous, but the rain held off. Serge Grevet was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Alberts Auzins and Heiner Kies. After 32 minutes, J. van Arum sent the corner kick right to R. Čarňanský who headed it sharply past the keeper. 0 - 2! F. Vďačný got a fingertip on A. Bonnet's shot from the left 33 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. Some fine movement on the left led to a Neferu goal after 34 minutes, making it 0 - 3. R. Čarňanský was noted down as the scorer. Enderhampton's E. Jančík managed a superb strike from the left after 37 minutes that would have left goalkeeper S. Escholl without a chance, had it not hit the post. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Neferu enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.

The home crowd cheered when, after 61 minutes, G. Miastkowski's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. After 71 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave F. Vesga a chance to increase the lead for Neferu, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 4. With 74 minutes played, Enderhampton's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to M. Michňo he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 1 - 4. The coach of Neferu was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 75 minutes, E. Palacios came on for G. Miastkowski. After 84 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for F. Vesga who increased Neferu's lead to 1 - 5. E. D'Antonio increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 1 - 6. After this, you could see that the players of Neferu were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Neferu, with 71 percent of the ball.

Most important Enderhampton player was G. Folli. F. Vďačný turned in a dismal performance, however. Neferu's top performer was clearly G. Sosa. However, S. Escholl made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 6.
