The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 24854 had shown up at IL MATTATOIO for the match. petrosa took a creative approach on the field. Camucia's K. Igellund got himself booked for a foul. G. Virga of petrosa had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. U. Börjesson came in to finish the match. 18 minutes in, petrosa appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only weak. Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 21 minutes into the match left Camucia's K. Igellund completely free to score. 0 - 1 for the visitors. A well placed corner kick from P. Gradenigo was followed by P. Finuoli's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for petrosa, the score now 1 - 1. 39 minutes into the game, G. Ferracioli had a great chance to put his team ahead, but his kick from the left went wide. A mistake by the home side's central defence after 41 minutes allowed M. Tolotto to score for Camucia. The scoreboard now read 1 - 2. G. Ferracioli came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over D. Pretto but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to Camucia, who controlled the ball 55 percent of the time.

A review of the gameplan helped petrosa get back to a solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. petrosa needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 48 minutes P. Gradenigo made way for A. Arcieri. After 52 minutes, petrosa switched O. Celebucki with J. Wojtaszak, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. The petrosa captaincy was handed to A. Arcieri. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, Camucia's M. Feddersen somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for G. Ferracioli, who struck for 1 - 3. After 81 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed G. Ferracioli to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 1 - 4. The home crowd was not impressed when V. Tarricone came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 82 minutes. Camucia were now up 1 - 5. Camucia enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

petrosa's top performer was clearly J. Wojtaszak. E. Kozák turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Camucia player was without a doubt G. Ferracioli. M. Tolotto was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 5.
