The manager of Atletico was not happy. The boggy pitch disrupted the game, especially for technical players like F. Stephant. It was 0 - 2 at the break. S. Tatti of Atletico was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. A superb free kick by Salsasio's R. C. Piggiosu got a fingertip on I. Dadalt's shot from the left 82 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. 84 minutes into the game, Atletico worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. After 86 minutes, Atletico began to show their lack of experience and they threatened to wilt under the heavy pressure from their opposition. Atletico claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

Salsasio's best player was B. Pérez. R. Lanci was a disappointment, however. Atletico's top performer was clearly C. Seghieri. D. Richelda on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 2.
