Hanßen, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. 27 minutes in, MiLAM's N. Brette received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. After 29 minutes, E. Hanßen put Madrid10 ahead 3 - 1 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. This third goal completed a hattrick for E. Hanßen. 3 - 1 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Madrid10, who controlled the ball 66 percent of the time.

MiLAM needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 46 minutes M. Bodin made way for F. Breukers. S. Shomron had a lethal looking free kick that grazed the post after 63 minutes. Madrid10's R. de Souza swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. One of many good crosses from L. Montevecchi on the wing was received and skillfully taken care of by R. Bar, who scored for MiLAM. 3 - 2 The Madrid10 players could smell victory in the air. M. Gogolashvili wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for A. Shcholnik after 70 minutes. Some brilliant football from the visitors' right wing resulted in a levelling of the score as MiLAM's R. Bar put the ball in the onion bag after 73 minutes to make it 3 - 3. Madrid10 broke through on the left 74 minutes into the game, with E. Hanßen firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 4 - 3 lead. Madrid10 managed to extend their lead to 5 - 3 when J. Groebe-Kobus cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. R. de Souza left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 77 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. U. Knafo was the replacement. The home side's A. Shcholnik came close to extending the lead 78 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but C. Troya Zamudio managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop.
