With 18 minutes played, Sagrada put themselves up 0 - 2 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was J. Emich. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Sagrada coach let J. Sánchez replace A. Darscht after 30 minutes. C. Gil de Zúñiga wanted to play on, but the Sagrada coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 30 minutes into the game by M. Rivero. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to Sagrada, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

R. Fassbinder increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 3. The Sagrada players could smell victory in the air. J. L. de Noronha was, after 78 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper Y. Bira made the save. The visitors' J. Sánchez took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 82 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Sagrada. D. De Vogelaere made a quick rush after 83 minutes, but J. Stamper had no problems keeping up the pace and stopped the attack. O. Muniz Jr. charged down the left and looked sure to score for Ruthymiriam 86 minutes into the game, but his shot went just wide. After 87 minutes, J. Stamper sent the corner kick right to R. Fassbinder who headed it sharply past the keeper. 0 - 5! Confident in their lead, Sagrada's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The visitors almost increased their lead after 88 minutes when a sweetly hit free kick looked like it was heading for the top corner. However the keeper managed to get a fingertip to it, sending it over the bar. Sagrada increased their lead after 89 minutes when J. Sánchez broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 6, much to the home crowd's dismay. Sagrada had most of the ball, with 64 percent of possession.

Most important Ruthymiriam player was Y. Bira. P. Arconti on the other hand, had a terrible day. Sagrada's best player was L. de Noronha. R. Fassbinder was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 6.
