Dark skies made the crowd of 24625 at Revardit Arena a little nervous, but the rain held off. F.C.Revardit used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. juanvi saw most attack opportunities on the wings. After 9 minutes, juanvi's F. Soto swiftly ran past K. Morin and nutmegged the keeper! 0 - 1. 17 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as F. Soto finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Confident in their lead, juanvi's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave M. Bordera from F.C.Revardit a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 24 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Halftime score was 0 - 2. juanvi had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.

juanvi were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. juanvi increased their lead after 59 minutes when G. Husk broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 3, much to the home crowd's dismay. With 65 minutes played, the F.C.Revardit coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. D. Adomniţei came on, M. Bordera had to leave the fray. M. Roger was handed the F.C.Revardit captain's armband. F.C.Revardit needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 70 minutes K. Morin made way for S. Eichmair. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, F.C.Revardit's V. Katsikaris was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 70 minutes. P. Velici was given a chance to change things around. G. Moréno sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from L. Veiga Pereira after 72 minutes of play, making the score 1 - 3. A. Esmaeili Dehkalani of juanvi took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 73 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 1 - 4. 74 minutes in, juanvi's P. Nocciolini received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, F. Soto would have put juanvi up another goal 76 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. B. Sáinz Diez wanted to play on, but the juanvi coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 88 minutes into the game by S. Sakellarios. A.
