Finishit's counterattacks created a good chance for A. Balaur on the right after 61 minutes, but he could only look on with dismay as his strike rebounded off the crossbar. B. Viziru received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 62 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. G. Sandu could have put his team up another goal 71 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, B. Viziru got himself booked. The manager of Grozesti was not happy. The home crowd was not impressed when L. Richardsson came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 81 minutes. Grozesti were now up 0 - 6. The players of Grozesti now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. After 85 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave L. Bošnjak a chance to increase the lead for Grozesti, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 7. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave N. Moskal from Grozesti a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 86 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A loud groan was heard from the fans of Finishit, as A. Bechet left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. V. Cheltuială took his place on the field.
