Clouds darkened the skies at BK Tokfan Arena as 24100 spectators turned up for the match. Tore Bjørndal was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Adriano Biner and Antti Ikonen. Lupala nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Optimisterna, with 64 percent of the ball.

Tokfan's best player was L. Breazu. A. Sjösjö turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Optimisterna player was F. Dalstad. E. Eriksson was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 2.
