Warmburg could've grabbed a goal for "Borussia 83 minutes in when he got a pass from the left putting him free of the home side's defence, but he was unable to take advantage of the situation. J. Borst increased the lead for Fremondo to 5 - 1, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! G. Karge nearly reduced the lead 86 minutes into the game, but a splendid one-handed save by G. Mazzucchi prevented the attempt coming in from the right flank from hitting the back of the net. "Borussia enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

Most important Fremondo player was F. Merveillie. G. Leopardi on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating "Borussia player was without a doubt W. Warmburg. On the other hand, G. Kurpan's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 2.
