(392563806)

20-06-2012 12.30
Dark skies made the crowd of 1207 at
Entrerrios a little nervous, but the rain held off.
Per Torgård was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Tuomo Rolig and
Magnus Vinstål.
A 3-4-3 alignment was the formation of choice for JOTA.
Lineup: Osterburg - Kindfeldt, Legroux, Solla - Manolescu, Ehling, Tesla, Vaza - Veres, Caldés, Dumbris.
Wędkarz tactics involved an interesting 3-4-3 combination.
They fielded: Główka - Porret, Giaurowski, Giommi - Losito, Żniwierski, Konat, Rzedzicki - Moskwik, Ładocha, Drągowski.
L. Vaza caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 21 minutes. This gave JOTA the 1 - 0 lead.
The Wędkarz free kick 31 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of
W. Konat, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 1 - 1!
The terraces were silenced after 35 minutes when Wędkarz's
Z. Ładocha put the guests ahead 1 - 2, following an attack on the right.
Wędkarz's
W. Konat was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 36 minutes.
With 39 minutes played, after a good run down the left,
D. Caldés went down looking for a penalty after a challenge from the visitors' right fullback, but the referee waved play on, and later warned him for diving.
JOTA's
V. Manolescu was dominating his wing and kept sending fine balls into the opposition's box -
M. Veres managed to volley one of them into the net to make it 2 - 2 after 41 minutes.
2 - 2 was the score after the first half.
Neither team was controlling the possession at this point in the match, with the stats showing a 50:50 split.
The home keeper expected a move to the right, but
K. Żniwierski surprised him with a free kick aimed the other way 49 minutes into the match. 2 - 3 for Wędkarz.
JOTA's
T. Ehling put his head to a high ball coming in from the right after 67 minutes, but the ball went wide.
A. Dumbris was just a finger's breadth away from an equaliser for JOTA with a strike from the left, but
A. Główka managed to ward the shot off for a corner.
Wędkarz increased their lead after 72 minutes when
Z. Ładocha broke through on the right, upping the score to 2 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay.
A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by
M. Moskwik. At last, Wędkarz's
M. Rzedzicki was able to backheel the ball in. 2 - 5.
82 minutes into the game, Wędkarz worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch.
After 84 minutes, JOTA sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached
D. Caldés, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 3 - 5.
Wędkarz enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.
M. Veres performed admirably for JOTA.
S. Osterburg was a disappointment, however.
The most dominating Wędkarz player was without a doubt
R. Losito.
K. Żniwierski turned in a dismal performance, however.
The match ends 3 - 5.
