It was an obvious ambition of Tamarán to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. M. Pacheco looked great 10 minutes into the match after stopping a shot from the middle of the penalty area from the visitors' A. Fernández Luarca. 21 minutes in, Tamarán's G. Gregnanin received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Many thought A. Sáez ought to have been awarded a penalty 26 minutes into the game, as he went down trying to dribble around J. Valsera after a determined run through the middle. Pabl8's S. Ros Ramis had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 29 minutes having been played. D. Eriksson was the replacement. A. Sicuro came close to putting the visiting team one up 31 minutes into the match, following a solo raid down the middle, but M. Pacheco managed to tip the ball to a corner. Tamarán took the lead 35 minutes in, as L. La Delfa broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. Halftime score was 1 - 0. Pabl8 claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

F. Caritat unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. After 60 minutes, Pabl8 switched A. Fernández Luarca with O. Casamijana, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. The coach of Tamarán was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 65 minutes, M. Morón came on for A. Sáez. Coming through the middle D. Cogonbrellas almost scored the equaliser for Pabl8 after 79 minutes, but M. Pacheco made an excellent save, tipping the awkwardly curled shot past the post. K. de Gooijer wanted to play on, but the Tamarán coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 81 minutes into the game by D. Pardines. Pabl8 had to make a substitution after 83 minutes. J. Leroyer limped off the field and was replaced by A. Rokoš. Players in Tamarán heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead. The Tamarán players could smell victory in the air. A. Maestro Buelga wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for D. Cuadérnigas after 85 minutes. After 85 minutes, the visitors levelled the scores after A. Rokoš made it through the middle and struck home to make it 1 - 1. 86 minutes into the game, F. Hernández almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. Pabl8 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.

Still tied after 90 minutes, the match continued into extra time. The home crowd breathed a collective sigh of relief when D. Keiper was unable to put the ball in the net after his show of skill down the left 97 minutes into the match. He was seen beating the pitch in frustration at missing such a good chance to give his team the lead! Tamarán broke through on the left 100 minutes into the game, with D. Pardines firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 2 - 1 lead. Game over, Tamarán win! Tamarán's best player was G. Gregnanin. On the other hand, D. Pardines's play was disheartening. Most important Pabl8 player was F. Hernández. A. Rokoš turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 1.
