Liévano, making a fantastic play that nearly had Pinkel take the lead after 40 minutes, but A. Cucaller preserved the tie. 41 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Escafandren to take the lead after a good cross from the right found P. Vasa alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. E. Bar Cendón was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by O. Sáinz San Miguel, but the ball bounced off the post to safety. 43 minutes into the game, F. Liévano was a hair's breadth away from giving Pinkel the lead with a shot from over on the left. A prompt block by A. Cucaller saved the home team that time. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, O. Kredatus got himself booked. Pinkel's F. Liévano managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 56 minutes. 0 - 1. F. Liévano increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 2. F. Liévano received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 71 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 3. The Pinkel fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for F. Liévano. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Pinkel lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Escafandren's B. Vitaliano got the home crowd going when he finished off a left wing charge, reducing the away team's lead to 1 - 3. A defender managed to keep the ball from crossing the goal-line after a curling shot coming in from the right from F. Liévano after 84 minutes, and prevented Pinkel from going up another goal. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Escafandren, with 56 percent of the ball.

F. Büchen performed admirably for Escafandren. R. Villagrán was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Pinkel player was without a doubt F. Liévano. On the other hand, J. Kongshaug's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 3.
