A review of the gameplan helped Reds get back to a passable organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. A well placed corner kick from D. Hervier was followed by T. Güntherodt's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for da-lhe, the score now 0 - 3. Some fine movement on the left led to a da-lhe goal after 71 minutes, making it 0 - 4. D. Diederichs was noted down as the scorer. Confident in their lead, da-lhe's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. It was a fine day for A. Blohm-Voss on his wing, his cross pass to F. Moreira was especially delicate 78 minutes into the game, but the keeper saved. Coming in from the right, Reds had a good opportunity to convert on a counterattack after 80 minutes, but F. Kohn's attempt to finish was easily stopped. After 82 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for D. Diederichs who increased da-lhe's lead to 0 - 5. After 87 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave P. Karrer a chance to increase the lead for da-lhe, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 6. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by da-lhe, with 58 percent of the ball.

The most dominating Reds player was without a doubt T. Hawes. F. Kohn was a disappointment, however. Most important da-lhe player was D. Diederichs. T. Güntherodt turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 6.
