After 39 minutes, BiancoAzzurro put themselves up 1 - 2, as E. Saura finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. With the crowd on their feet chanting wildly, some great moves down the right hand side after 41 minutes gave Deunidó a wonderful opportunity to level the score, and V. Iñarra stepped up to the challenge. 2 - 2 2 - 2 was the halftime score. BiancoAzzurro claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

E. Saura of BiancoAzzurro received a yellow card after 53 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. This was a good period for the visitors, with several opportunities to take the lead, particularly when S. Pellegatta slipped through the defence on the right to come up alone against C. Nebril, but the home side's keeper showed his lightning reflexes. As the 55 minute mark approached, the BiancoAzzurro coach decided it was time for a substitution. E. Saura reluctantly made way for E. Sorbo on the pitch. E. Cardani became the new BiancoAzzurro captain. 59 minutes into the game, BiancoAzzurro had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to passable. After 60 minutes, BiancoAzzurro's E. Sorbo made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 2 - 3. With 67 minutes having been played, Deunidó scored to make it 3 - 3. A dribble down the left wing, followed by a shot which took a wicked bounce off a defender resulted in the keeper having no chance. Everyone thought it'd been an own goal, but T. Campabadal was marked down as the scorer. The home side put themselves ahead 4 - 3 after 69 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from W. Truyers, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. BiancoAzzurro needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 76 minutes G. Paniccia made way for C. Barbu. Deunidó put themselves up 5 - 3 when T. Campabadal broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. By now, the players in Deunidó felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. C. Pedrayo was called on to replace Deunidó's B. Ebbens after 80 minutes following a nasty collision. 81 minutes in, BiancoAzzurro appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only passable. With 83 minutes played, the BiancoAzzurro coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. M. Stagliano came on, S. Pellegatta had to leave the fray. Deunidó had most of the ball, with 55 percent of possession.

The most dominating Deunidó player was without a doubt S. Pavón. C. Nebril on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important BiancoAzzurro player was C. Barbu. On the other hand, M. Bonotti's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 3.
