Villar was shown a yellow card after 41 minutes for slicing down an opponent. It was obvious that team HASESINOS had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. J. Londero received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 43 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The HASESINOS fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. 0 - 2 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by HASESINOS, with 70 percent of the ball.

The visitors' J. Londero took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 48 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for HASESINOS. The players of HASESINOS now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. After the ball was lifted in from the left, J. Londero was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 58 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. The home crowd cheered when, after 61 minutes, S. Sôr's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. Carbajaleña's F. Villa Calzadilla refused to leave the field after injuring his achilles tendon after 69 minutes. One of many good crosses from P. Tarriño on the wing was received and skillfully taken care of by K. Algarrondo, who scored for Carbajaleña. 1 - 3 P. Tarriño of Carbajaleña was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Possession in this half belonged to HASESINOS, who controlled the ball 72 percent of the time.
