After the game, the most discussed event will probably be the penalty given after 33 minutes that gave the visitors the 0 - 1 lead. Despite the controversy, G. Pezzano struck home the penalty, as cool as anything. The referee showed Space's S. Kulka the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Some fine passing in the middle of the pitch, carving open the away defence, should have led to a goal for milan8022, but G. Zocconali's shot went over the bar. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave S. Frittelli from milan8022 a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 38 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! S. Cole was, after 43 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper E. Pedregal made the save. Space's E. Sánchez was shown a yellow card after 43 minutes for slicing down an opponent. milan8022's G. Bérgamo went down after a savage challenge, but could continue playing after some medical attention. It was 0 - 1 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to Space, who controlled the ball 56 percent of the time.

milan8022's G. Barbaroux put his head to a high ball coming in from the right after 60 minutes, but the ball went wide. The home crowd was not impressed when G. Bidoia came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 65 minutes. Space were now up 0 - 2. milan8022 supporters cheered as good work down the right got the ball to G. Zocconali who reduced the visitors' lead after 70 minutes to 1 - 2. With 75 minutes played, Space put themselves up 1 - 3 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was E. Sánchez. Space increased their lead after 79 minutes when G. Bidoia broke through on the right, upping the score to 1 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. Confident in their lead, Space's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The home crowd cheered when, after 84 minutes, A. Procópio's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. With 86 minutes gone, Space's E. Sánchez had to leave the pitch after talking back to the referee and receiving his second booking. Space enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

milan8022's best player was G. Barbaroux. However, R. Adelswarth made a disastrous appearance. Space's top performer was clearly A. Trio. G. Pezzano was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 4.
