Da Silva had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 31 minutes having been played. L. Silvestre was the replacement. With 32 minutes played, the excellent ball from the wing by CFK76's L. Silvestre reached L. Hervé's head, and he is not one to miss such an opportunity - 1 - 1. altyoung could have put themselves ahead after 36 minutes but G. Castanheda missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right. With 38 minutes played, CFK76's E. Arcolin missed an opportunity to put his team one up from the penalty spot, later claiming that "the floodlights blinded him". It wasn't a pretty goal, but the free kick by K. Diatara after 39 minutes somehow found its way past the keeper. altyoung takes the lead, 2 - 1! The referee was not popular with the home supporters after he awarded CFK76 a controversial penalty after 41 minutes. E. Arcolin made no mistake, levelling the score at 2 - 2. Given a free kick in a difficult position after 42 minutes, altyoung tried a variation that they had practised in training. The kick was sent into the area just in front of the keeper. However, the defence were on their toes and allowed no space for a finish. CFK76's J. Maître left the field after 44 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was F. Estévez. Halftime score was 2 - 2. CFK76 had most of the ball, with 55 percent of possession.

The visiting L. Hervé was booed thoroughly by the home crowd 52 minutes into the game, after he broke through the middle and scored, resulting in the visitors taking the lead. 2 - 3 was the score. After 72 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed L. Hervé to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 2 - 4. That made three goals for L. Hervé and he was marked down for the hat trick. After 74 minutes CFK76's L. Silvestre had to be carried off on a stretcher in agony. P. Würth came in to replace him. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by CFK76, with 54 percent of the ball.

The most dominating altyoung player was without a doubt F. Aghemo. However, A. Pilipovič made a disastrous appearance. CFK76's best player was F. Estévez. P. Würth on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 4.
