HELPS enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, M. Urai got himself booked. The manager of Baiersdorf was not happy. An indecisive keeper looked on as a free kick by HELPS's J. Rönnqvist put the visitors up 0 - 2 after 53 minutes. With 68 minutes played, J. Ligtermoet of Baiersdorf fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. The HELPS players could smell victory in the air. T. Tenhonen wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for R. Knoll after 75 minutes. 77 minutes into the game, A. Vilkka had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came J. Zuricaray. After 80 minutes, Baiersdorf switched O. Böhnke with S. Pivert, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. The bench was restless, and with 80 minutes passed Baiersdorf's coach gave E. Partida the opportunity the player had been hoping for. J. Jentzen reluctantly left the field. S. Pivert became the new Baiersdorf captain. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Baiersdorf's E. Annama was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 80 minutes. Y. Arkaniya was given a chance to change things around.
