It was obvious that Bu FC had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. With 33 minutes played, Bu FC put themselves up 2 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to S. Vinci, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. Attacking on the wings was the choice for Bu FC, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. Zampone certainly deserved a goal after some stunning play down the left, but I. Fabbricini just wasn't able to finish. The counterattacks of Bu FC were deadly and 69 minutes into the game, L. Nasuti received a nice pass from the right flank, making it 5 - 1. Zampone's I. Fabbricini was shown a yellow card after 71 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Bu FC put themselves up 6 - 1 when H. Morgado broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Bu FC lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. The Bu FC players could smell victory in the air. G. Yannone wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for S. Tognazzo after 74 minutes. Bu FC claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 58 percent.

S. Vinci performed admirably for Bu FC. On the other hand, G. Faoro's play was disheartening. Zampone's best player was D. Pascale. I. Fabbricini turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 6 - 1.
