Clouds darkened the skies at Terra Stars Arena as 36176 spectators turned up for the match. Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Terra. After the game, the most discussed event will probably be the penalty given after 25 minutes that gave the visitors the 0 - 1 lead. Despite the controversy, P. Lappeteläinen struck home the penalty, as cool as anything. Terra's C. Ramazzotto had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 26 minutes having been played. M. Wermuth was the replacement. F. Nocetti got a fingertip on M. Pampín's shot from the left 27 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. Speedy S. Khorev tried one of his patented rushes 29 minutes into the game, but P. Kyburz was just as fast and averted the attack. Terra almost scored after a counterattack 35 minutes into the match, but D. Le Coz took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. 36 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as C. Pini finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. With the scoreboard showing that 41 minutes had been played, RAMMBOCK! nearly put themselves up another goal after K. Rønnov came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. Good work by the Terra defensive line after 42 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found N. Orrico alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2. RAMMBOCK! enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 80 percent of possession.

A drive down the left side allowed K. Rønnov to get in close and score another goal for RAMMBOCK! after 52 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. P. Lappeteläinen of RAMMBOCK! took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 65 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 4. By now, the players in RAMMBOCK! felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. With 72 minutes played, the Terra coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. M. Valente came on, D. Le Coz had to leave the fray. Some fine movement on the left led to a RAMMBOCK! goal after 77 minutes, making it 0 - 5. M. Pampín was noted down as the scorer. After 79 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed B. Trimone to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 6. B. Trimone wanted to play on, but the RAMMBOCK! coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 80 minutes into the game by V. Constantin. After the ball was lifted in from the left, W. Goorden was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 80 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. Terra needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 82 minutes Q. Scheck made way for H. Barbey. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by RAMMBOCK!, with 82 percent of the ball.

The most dominating Terra player was without a doubt T. Vrijen. On the other hand, H. Barbey's play was disheartening. H. Milisch performed admirably for RAMMBOCK!. V. Constantin was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 6.
