After 65 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by Olivares was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options. Olvidados were given a free kick 66 minutes into the game, just after a swift counter attack broke down. Rather than shooting straight at goal, it was directed at the area just in front of the keeper. The attackers made several runs and made it hard for the defenders to protect their goal. After a short tussle with a defender, C. Briuolo could finally lay the ball to rest behind the keeper. 2 - 3, and proof it can pay off to come prepared. R. Vázquez enjoyed the sunshine and demonstrated his stunning technique over and over again. Olvidados's counterattacks created a good chance for R. Uusitupa on the right after 76 minutes, but he could only look on with dismay as his strike rebounded off the crossbar. Due to some great work on the right wing Olivares's P. Duczacki was able to even the score after 77 minutes to make the score 3 - 3. Making his way up the middle 84 minutes into the match, J. Olivares Ponte almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert M. Erauno blocked it to keep the score level. A. Chías would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. B. Domezain entered the game for Olvidados as the match clock showed 89 minutes. As neither team was able to break the deadlock before the end of regular play, the teams took to the field again for extra time. M.
