previous 5/10 next 7/10  Hounlypower 7 - 0 **Team (392856471)

712 spectators had found their way to LA MANO DE HOUN, despite the heavy rain. Nicolas Morel was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Alberto Soto and Gerry Op de Beeck. Hounlypower started off with a 4-3-3 lineup. The following players had been chosen: Cornago - Echezarreta, Driutti, Sabando, Latorre-Civera - Bucovaz, Ciller, Patiño - Ribera, Valera, Sáenz Treviño.

A 3-4-3 alignment was the formation of choice for **Team. Lineup: Aral - Meesschaert, Mabboux, Olarieta - Kawala, Guillet, Ripoll, Radó - Lamminaho, Ugoccioni, Szwemin.

**Team used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. After 2 minutes of play, R. Sáenz Treviño gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. **Team's E. Lamminaho was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 5 minutes. Hounlypower's P. Cornago had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 6 minutes having been played. V. Sallà was the replacement. A great save by keeper K. Aral after 24 minutes kept the visitors in the game after N. Ciller struck from the left with a real cannonball. The muddy pitch made the game a gritty affair, which seemed to suit J. Ripoll just fine. E. Sabando spent most of the time in a heap on the ground today, his normally rapid movement hindered by the slippery pitch. Hounlypower's A. Driutti increased the lead to 2 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 29 minutes. Hounlypower's R. Sáenz Treviño got himself booked for a foul. After 39 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as **Team found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to solid. Hounlypower solidified their lead at the 40 minute mark, as J. Ribera dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 3 - 0. By now, the players in Hounlypower felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Hounlypower, who controlled the ball 73 percent of the time.

The **Team players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. The Hounlypower coach was visibly pleased with the score so far, but still ordered a few tactical changes 46 minutes into the game. N. Bucovaz left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 47 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. M. Colinas was the replacement. 51 minutes into the game, **Team had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to solid. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, **Team's K. Szwemin was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 60 minutes. S. Baiocchi was given a chance to change things around. **Team needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 65 minutes E. Lamminaho made way for L. Bertomeu. The rain made it hard for players like L. Bertomeu to show their technical control of the ball on this soggy day. After 69 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and J. Valera gave the Hounlypower supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 4 - 0. Hounlypower increased the lead as E. Echezarreta struck to make the score 5 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Hounlypower managed to extend their lead to 6 - 0 when N. Ciller cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. With 86 minutes played, Hounlypower put themselves up 7 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to R. Sáenz Treviño, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. After 87 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by E. Echezarreta might have resulted in another goal for Hounlypower. However, K. Aral made a spectacular save. Hounlypower enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 71 percent of possession.

Most important Hounlypower player was J. Ribera. V. Sallà turned in a dismal performance, however. **Team's best player was L. Ugoccioni. M. Kawala on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 7 - 0.
