(392866403)

04-07-2012 17.45
Due to an all-day shower, 49004 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at
ddrrdd Utd Arena.
Diogo Formoso was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Bastien Bräm and
Davide Brescia.
Everyone was excited about the upcoming
Chişinău derby and the crowd was divided evenly.
ddrrdd tactics involved an interesting 3-4-3 combination.
The following players had been chosen: Kluser - Igaliński, Manfrin, Mościbrodzki - Meluzov, Lisnic, Fußnegger, Egger - Chiarito, Mudry, Kreuzmair.
A 2-5-3 alignment was the formation of choice for Bacioi.
Starters: Pérez - Tranberg, Puchowski - Dolara, Romein, Desgual, 若嘉 (Ruojia), Wilmes - Widawski, Ortolani, Moneta.
The visiting
熊. 若嘉 (Ruojia) was booed thoroughly by the home crowd 13 minutes into the game, after he broke through the middle and scored, resulting in the visitors taking the lead. 0 - 1 was the score.
The visitors'
A. Widawski took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 15 minutes into the match. 0 - 2 for Bacioi.
ddrrdd's
M. Chiarito managed a superb strike from the left after 19 minutes that would have left goalkeeper
J. Pérez without a chance, had it not hit the post.
G. Tofilat was called on to replace ddrrdd's
S. Meluzov after 20 minutes following a nasty collision.
A. Moneta received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 28 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 3. The Bacioi fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early.
After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,
F. Wilmes got himself booked. The manager of Bacioi was not happy.
It was a bad day for the usually speedy
F. Wilmes. The mud seemed to slow him down.
ddrrdd supporters cheered as good work down the right got the ball to
A. Lisnic who reduced the visitors' lead after 33 minutes to 1 - 3.
The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 3.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Bacioi, with 63 percent of the ball.
After 55 minutes, Bacioi's
J. Desgual burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 1 - 4.
Against a lesser team, Bacioi could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 60 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save.
65 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 1 - 5 as
A. Moneta finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick.
By now, the players in Bacioi felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.
With 69 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed
A. Widawski of Bacioi to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 1 - 6.
W. Romein could have put his team up another goal 78 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post.
Bacioi had most of the ball, with 66 percent of possession.
ddrrdd's best player was
S. Mudry.
However,
G. Tofilat made a disastrous appearance.
The most dominating Bacioi player was without a doubt
W. Romein.
J. Dolara was a disappointment, however.
The match ends 1 - 6.
