This gave ADP the 1 - 0 lead. 22 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as L. Roraima broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for ADP. After 35 minutes of play, ADP's T. Kalkounos unexpectedly struck an inside out ball from no angle at all and L. Roraima slotted it into the net for 3 - 0. ADP's J. Kirkholt had an excellent opportunity after 36 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! A. Morvan of tcm was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. T. Kalkounos had a fantastic opportunity to put ADP up another goal 38 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, C. Ruf got himself booked. The manager of tcm was not happy. K. Esquelin struck a 30 metre free kick home 41 minutes into the match. 4 - 0 for the home team. By now, the players in ADP felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of ADP to 5 - 0 as Q. Siegenthaler finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. 43 minutes were showing on the scoreboard when tcm's A. Morvan received his second yellow card and was sent off. 43 minutes into the game, tcm seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. The teams went for the halftime break at 5 - 0. ADP had most of the ball, with 62 percent of possession.

A review of the gameplan helped tcm get back to a solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. With 46 minutes played, the tcm coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. J. Heijboer came on, D. Chovet had to leave the fray. After 46 minutes, tcm switched J. Galiqi with R. Viçoso, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. tcm needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 46 minutes C. Ruf made way for N. Kellerberger. It wasn't a good day at all for R. Baudis-Zimmerling. His powerful style of play just didn't fit the bill on this warm day. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. T. Kalkounos squirmed through their central defence after 59 minutes, increasing the lead to 6 - 0. K. Esquelin increased the lead for ADP to 7 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! K. Esquelin increased ADP's lead to 8 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball. At that, K. Esquelin was noted down for a hat trick! 83 minutes in, tcm appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only passable. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in ADP's L. Roraima increasing the lead to 9 - 0. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for L. Roraima. Possession in this half belonged to ADP, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.
