Due to an all-day shower, 850 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at red bull vélodrome. Freerk Stokkingreef was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Riko Buchholtz and Bartek Kwiecinski. MS3 had chosen a strategic 4-3-3 formation. They fielded: Schubernigg - Tudor, Díaz, Guidinger, Edibe - Tzvetkov, Fort Aroca, Buono - Duchale, Wandinger, Bardo.

Pierrefiche tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Starters: Bassot - Nikl, Dos Santos, Bellon - Eude, Diatara, Beaufrère, Hugues, Membre - Mishkov, Hartviksen.

MS3 fans held their breath as H. Duchale scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0! 16 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as H. Duchale broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for MS3. After 31 minutes, R. Díaz put MS3 ahead 3 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. M. Bellon had a couple of good opportunities to reply, but the home team's keeper I. Schubernigg was simply unbeatable. MS3 were given a free kick 36 minutes into the game, just after a swift counter attack broke down. Rather than shooting straight at goal, it was directed at the area just in front of the keeper. The attackers made several runs and made it hard for the defenders to protect their goal. After a short tussle with a defender, N. Buono could finally lay the ball to rest behind the keeper. 4 - 0, and proof it can pay off to come prepared. After 39 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and H. Duchale gave the MS3 supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 5 - 0. This third goal completed a hattrick for H. Duchale. Confident in their lead, MS3's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. V. Beaufrère, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass. Coming from the right, G. Tudor almost managed to score another goal for MS3, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. Halftime score was 5 - 0. MS3 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but G. Bardo showed great heart and had a good game. With 78 minutes played, MS3 put themselves up 6 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to G. Tudor, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. The referee showed MS3's U. Guidinger the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Unfortunately for Pierrefiche, M. Hugues was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. B. Soprano replaced him. MS3's G. Bardo increased the lead to 7 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 87 minutes. MS3 put themselves up 8 - 0 when G. Bardo broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. After 88 minutes, a deliberate handball from MS3's U. Guidinger was judged to be his second bookable offence, and he was sent off. G. Bardo increased the lead for MS3 to 9 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! That made three goals for G. Bardo and he was marked down for the hat trick. MS3 had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.

MS3's top performer was clearly G. Bardo. M. Edibe turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Pierrefiche player was without a doubt V. Mishkov. M. Nikl on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 9 - 0.
