Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Anfield Road saw a crowd turnout of 54966. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, LOS's J. Obermaier somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for C. Koestinger, who struck for 1 - 0. Coming through the middle C. Antoni almost scored the equaliser for Inkognito after 11 minutes, but H. Mellaert made an excellent save, tipping the awkwardly curled shot past the post. It was obvious that LOS had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. With 23 minutes played, G. Damyanov could have brought this one home for LOS as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. A lot of people in the terraces claimed the penalty resulting in Inkognito's C. Antoni equaliser for 1 - 1 was a mistake by the referee. He did, however, have a very good view of the situation from his position. Inkognito's K. Sidiropoulos managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 30 minutes. 1 - 2. 1 - 2 was the score after the first half. Inkognito enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 56 percent of possession.

After 51 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave L. Strohscher a chance to increase the lead for Inkognito, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 1 - 3. Confident in their lead, Inkognito's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Inkognito had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. The visitors' B. Kushtysev took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 81 minutes into the match. 1 - 4 for Inkognito.
