At this point, it was obvious that the players of Campeonas lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. barza_usb's F. Borucki had a nice free kick routine after 41 minutes that was very close to paying off, had it not been for a dramatic save by the visitors' keeper. It was 0 - 3 at the break. barza_usb claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.

The Campeonas players could smell victory in the air. L. Holtenblad wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for H. Castillo after 60 minutes. B. Bellotti left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 60 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. J. Steffelbauer was the replacement. barza_usb supporters cheered as good work down the right got the ball to F. Borucki who reduced the visitors' lead after 64 minutes to 1 - 3. barza_usb's R. It took several tries, but barza_usb managed to break through on the left after 79 minutes, getting the ball to A. Stuttgart who easily reduced the lead to make the score 2 - 4. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by barza_usb, with 53 percent of the ball.

B. Novaković performed admirably for barza_usb. G. Csont turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Campeonas player was without a doubt S. Suárez. However, A. Katsikopodaropoulos made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 4.
