Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of AMBASADOR. valsimoTs clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could. After 25 minutes, AMBASADOR sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached I. Sematimba, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 1 - 0. AMBASADOR's I. Sematimba was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 27 minutes. D. Lillo seems to have an uncanny ability to try the unusual. He nearly produced a great goal - unfortunately for valsimoTs his shot went just wide this time. Coming from the right, B. Player almost managed to score another goal for AMBASADOR, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. valsimoTs showed their counterattack skill 35 minutes into the match by breaking through the middle, with L. Partsch scoring uncontested for 1 - 1. AMBASADOR were very close to putting themselves one up after 41 minutes as F. Lule got through on the left, but failing in concentration, he shot the ball wide. Given a free kick close to the byline, AMBASADOR tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let A. Obua slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 2 - 1, 43 minutes into the game. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to AMBASADOR, who controlled the ball 72 percent of the time.

M. Wadia increased AMBASADOR's lead to 3 - 1 with a penalty spot cannonball. valsimoTs needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 69 minutes L. Partsch made way for S. Holtmeyer. After 81 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and M. Wadia gave the AMBASADOR supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 4 - 1. AMBASADOR managed to extend their lead to 5 - 1 when M. Wadia cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. By then M. Wadia had scored three goals - a hat trick! After this, you could see that the players of AMBASADOR were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. 87 minutes into the match M. Wadia put AMBASADOR ahead 6 - 1 with a truly marvelous free kick. AMBASADOR claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 78 percent.

Most important AMBASADOR player was M. Wadia. B. Player was a disappointment, however. K. Mauk performed admirably for valsimoTs. However, C. Dankesreiter made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 6 - 1.
