Torcida saw most attack opportunities on the wings. After 22 minutes, E. Incudine came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 1 - 0, giving Torcida the lead. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave C. Mat from CívisKelen a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 28 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Some things can only be learned through experience, and C. Pante should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting Torcida a goal with 31 minutes of the match played. After 36 minutes, Torcida's T. Egič fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! Proving his experience, A. Vilalba scored 2 - 0 for Torcida after putting some pressure on the opposing defence at a critical moment. CívisKelen's J. Van Olmen was able to reply, after 40 minutes, making the score 2 - 1 with a well struck penalty. Perseverence paid off for CívisKelen, as their J. Van Olmen equalised making it 2 - 2 with a fabulous free kick. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Torcida, with 55 percent of the ball.

47 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Torcida to take the lead after a good cross from the right found E. Novosel alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. The home side put themselves ahead 3 - 2 after 64 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from L. Hodel, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. The visitors' Á. Hernádi was alert after a cross coming in from the left, levelling the score at 3 - 3 after 68 minutes. C. Mat of CívisKelen got sent off for kicking the ball after the whistle, a completely uncalled for move, earning him his second yellow card of the game. After 74 minutes, the CívisKelen coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving J. Van Olmen off the field. M. Güven took his place. As the captain was no longer on the pitch, M. Güven took over the role of being the CívisKelen captain. Torcida fans held their breath as A. Vilalba scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 4 - 3! Possession in this half belonged to Torcida, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

Most important Torcida player was E. Incudine. U. Kushnir turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating CívisKelen player was without a doubt A. Paonessa. However, Á. Hernádi made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 3.
